CITYSUPER Soy Sauce Pickled Burdock (150g)

Burdock is steeped in a Japanese-style sauce of soy, sweetness and sake seasoning, then lifted with a touch of red pepper. Its earthy character and firm bite are complemented by a rounded sweet-savoury glaze. Serve with rice, grilled fish or bento dishes, or add it to a traditional selection of Japanese side dishes.
