This Abura Soba (soupless noodle) kit was created under the supervision of the renowned Sapporo ramen shop Sumire. The set features a Rich Miso Sauce that combines the depth of Hokkaido miso with the savory umami of pork bone broth, finished with aromatic sesame oil. It also includes a Garlic Spicy Tama Sauce, a signature spicy condiment personally endorsed by Sumire, which adds a punchy garlic flavor and chili heat. Sumire, founded in 1964, is famous for its evolved miso ramen characterized by a rich, fragrant soup and medium-thick curly noodles.

Preparation:

1. Boil the noodles, then drain and rinse them in cold water to firm them up.
