Supervised by the famous curry restaurant chain Coco Ichibanya, this curry udon soup features a rich curry roux enhanced with the savory sweetness of vegetables and the umami of bonito dashi. It offers a deep, flavorful profile that perfectly complements udon noodles.
Preparation:
1. Microwave: Without opening the pouch, place it upright in the center of the microwave and heat one bag at a time. The approximate heating time is 2 minutes at 500W or 1 minute and 50 seconds at 600W.
2. Boiling Water: Without opening the pouch, place the bag into boiling water and heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
