Fleeing from Lebanese civil war as kids, the Daou's brothers Georges and Daniel move to France, where they developed a passion for wine. To pursure their dreams of having a winery, they sell a sucessful tech company they developed and started making wine in California.

Fermented and matured in French oak to build texture and subtle spice, then finished under screwcap to preserve freshness. The result is a carefully oaked style that retains clarity and varietal purity.The coastal area of Paso Robles experiences significant diurnal temperature variations, and the well-drained soil contributes to the concentrated fruit production.

Fragrant nose displays scintillating aromas of pineapple, Asian pear, vanilla crème and toasted almonds, with notes of allspice and honeysuckle. Creamy, smooth texture with crisp and vibrant acidity, the palate delivers flavors of white peach, casaba melon and lemon zest, along with underlying tropical notes of banana, papaya and pineapple. The finish is long and very clean, leaving lovely sensations of citrus and vanilla with just a hint of star jasmine.
