Domaine Fabien Coche is a distinguished family-run estate nestled in Burgundy’s renowned Côte de Beaune. With 12 hectares of meticulously tended vineyards spanning prestigious appellations such as Meursault, Pommard, Auxey-Duresses, Monthélie, Saint-Romain, Saint-Aubin, and Puligny-Montrachet, the estate benefits from a rich tapestry of limestone, clay, and marl soils.

 A significant portion—60%—of their vines are over 60 years old, contributing to the profound depth and character of their wines.After a gentle pressing and meticulous clarification, the white wine undergoes a long period of maceration in barrels, a practice continued by his fathers. In addition to the 228-liter Burgundy barrels, larger barrels have been added, maintaining a traditional low proportion, resulting in a style that was already quite delicious in the Coche family when it was young.
