EDAM is a popular semi-hard cheese that originated in the Netherlands. With a pale-yellow, dense and springy texture, it has a mild flavour with a note of hazelnut and soft butter. Partners perfectly with rich fruit such as apricots, peaches and cherries. Ideal to be served as a starter with crackers and bread or as a dessert.
