GENTILE Artisanal Pasta di Gragnano IGP - Conchiglioni (500g)

The selected semolina wheat used in this pasta is strictly of Italian origin and of the best quality. Bronze cut pasta molds create a rough and porous texture much like homemade pasta. The name of the Conchiglioni can be easily traced back to the particular shape that resembles a large shell. The concave shape allows the sauces to bind well to the pasta and facilitates any fillings for cooking in the oven.
