GENTILE Artisanal Pasta di Gragnano IGP - Spaghetti Fini (500g)

The selected semolina wheat used in this pasta is strictly of Italian origin and of the best quality. Bronze cut pasta molds create a rough and porous texture much like homemade pasta. The low temperature drying method known as Cirillo preserves the distinct texture and aroma. This pasta cooks in 4 minutes and is the one with the smallest diameter, pairs perfectly with light tomato and basil sauces.
