Green Bell Pepper is crunchy with an aromatic, green, less sweet and has a bitter flavour than other coloured pepper varieties, it has an excellent source of nutrients. It works well across variety of recipes, from raw to cooked. When used fresh, it can be used in green salads, as an appetizer, or layered on sandwiches. It is ideal for roasting, sauteing, served over pasta, stews, or in curries. It is extremely versatile.
