HOMEI Crispy Prawn Chilli Sauce (好味牌蝦米辣椒醬) is a well-known chili sauce from Hong Kong, widely popular for its crispy texture and rich, savory shrimp flavor.

• Produced by Hong Kong's Come In Enterprises, which was established in 1988 and launched its own brand "Come In Homei" in 2018. The brand was awarded the "Hong Kong Top Brand" honor in 2024. Its products are now available in nearly 2,000 supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants across Hong Kong, and are exported to Mainland China, Macau, Europe, the US, and other regions.

  • Legendary Debut: This sauce was developed in 1999. During its first trial sale at the Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo, 200 cartons sold out in just three days—a sales record that remains unbroken to this day.

  • Crispy Texture: Unlike ordinary chili sauces, its crunchy texture is a standout feature. This comes primarily from the deep-fried dried shrimps, which add a satisfying crispiness.

  • Classic Recipe: It is made by stir-frying ingredients such as chili, dried shrimps, shallots, and garlic in oil.
