Okuizumo Soba Noodle is a traditional Japanese soba made with a blend of 50% buckwheat flour and 50% wheat flour, both sourced domestically in Japan. Produced in the Okuizumo region of Shimane Prefecture—famous for its deep-coloured, broad-cut soba noodles—this variety offers a rich aroma and a satisfyingly firm texture.
These noodles can be stored at room temperature for up to 365 days, combining authentic flavour with excellent convenience. Enjoy the distinctive earthy fragrance of Okuizumo soba, whether served chilled with dipping sauce or in a warm, comforting soup.
