The noodles are crafted in Shizuoka using a method that preserves the natural colour and flavour of the tea, resulting in a clean and refreshing taste whether served cold or hot.

 

Cooking tip:

Use at least 3L of boiling water per pack. Add the noodles while gently loosening them, maintaining a steady boil without letting the pot overflow.

For cold dishes, rinse thoroughly under cold water, then chill in ice water before serving.

For hot dishes, drain the noodles and serve immediately with hot soup.
