The IRIS BIO Organic Durum Wheat Fusilli is drawn in bronze, this makes it possible to make the pasta rougher and porous, perfect for absorbing sauces and enhancing the flavour. Great to enjoy the spiral pasta with Bolognese sauce, or taste good in Mediterranean pasta salads as well!
