JFRAUSU Dried Rausu Kelp (150g)

This product offers top-quality Rausu kombu in a convenient size, suitable for enjoyment even in smaller households. Each pack contains around four pieces.

How to use: Place about 10 g of kombu in 1 L of water and heat over medium heat. Remove the kombu just before the water comes to a boil to complete the broth. For a richer flavour, soak the kombu in water for about 30 minutes to 1 hour before heating, and extend the simmering time over medium heat.

Store in cool dry place
