• John's affinity for old vine Barossa Shiraz, Grenache, and Mourvèdre began during his time at Penfolds. Plexus SGM integrating the unique characteristics of the three varietals. Shiraz adds rich dark fruits and weight, Grenache brings bright red fruit and spice notes, and old vine Mourvèdre provides a firm backbone of savory tannin and a long finish.
• This 2021 vintage with lifted aromatics with vibrant black fruits with underlying notes of cinnamon, woodsy spice and a hint of smokey oak. Fruit flavours extends to the palate, balanced with elegant savoury spice and velvety tannins.
