• Farming Practices: Many Kenyan farmers use sustainable and biological farming methods to meet strict export standards, avoiding harsh chemicals. Common pests managed in rosemary farming include spider mites and thrips, and a key disease challenge is Fusarium Wilt, a soil fungus.

• Culinary and Health Uses: In Kenya, rosemary is a popular culinary herb, often used with roasted meat or in tea. It is also recognized for its health benefits, such as being a source of antioxidants and being used in local remedies to improve memory and circulation. In Swahili, it is sometimes called Mwarobaini wa Kizungu.
