La Leyenda is a producer of cheese in La Mancha, the area that is famous for Manchego. This Sheep Milk Cheese has the same production way of a young Manchego, but has been injected with the black truffle, offering a beautiful blend of flavours, the classic nutty, buttery flavours of a quality sheep milk cheese, with the warm earthiness of black truffle. Enjoy on its own, or use it in grilled cheese sandwiches, risotto or melt in a fondue.
