1 spring onion
Instructions
1. Slice the spring onion diagonally and sauté it in a frying pan.
2. Once softened, add 400 mL of water and the glass noodles. When it comes to a boil, add the seasoning sauce. Loosen the noodles while mixing, and simmer for about 3 minutes.
3. Pour in the beaten egg. Once the egg is cooked, it is ready to serve.
