Description
This ramen features a beef and salt–based soup made by slowly simmering beef bones to extract deep, savoury flavour, then layering it with aromatic vegetables and onion extract. A blended seasoning oil of beef fat and sesame oil enhances the richness and aroma of the soup. A separate pack of roasted nori from Saga adds a fragrant, lightly sweet finish that complements the broth well.
Cooking Instructions
1. Bring 500 mL of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook for 3 minutes.
2. Turn off the heat, add the soup base and seasoning oil, and stir well.
3. Transfer to a bowl and serve hot with the roasted nori. Optional toppings include chopped onion, sliced roast pork, spring onion, or egg.
