Type: Dashi Pack (Tea-bag style)
Main ingredients: Kelp, bonito flakes, shiitake mushrooms, grilled flying fish, niboshi (dried baby sardines), clams, scallops (all from Japan)
Seasoning: No added seasoning
How to Use: Place one dashi pack into 400ml of water, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 2 minutes. Then remove the pack.
