MOMOYA Kimchee Base (190g)

A rich, unheated kimchi seasoning made with generous amounts of garlic, mandarin, apple, and ginger. As it is unheated, the natural umami, aroma, and deep spiciness of the ingredients remain intact. Ideal not only for making kimchi but also for kimchi hot pots and preserved side dishes.

A deep, layered spiciness is achieved by combining aromatic, sweet coarse-ground chilli peppers with sharp, punchy powdered chilli. The richness comes from an abundance of vegetables and fruits, with the umami of seafood enhancing the overall flavour.
