Crafted in an Organic JAS certified factory, this premium noodle sauce uses organic soy sauce, organic sugar, organic brewed seasoning, and organic apple cider vinegar as its primary ingredients. These organic components are expertly blended with dashi from domestically produced bonito and frigate tuna, Hokkaido kelp, and sea salt from Okinawa. For a dipping sauce, dilute at a 1:2 ratio, and for a hot noodle soup, adjust the ratio to between 1:5 and 1:7.
