Ogawa Coffee Selection Drip Bag Coffee is a box of premium, single-serve pour-over coffee packets from Ogawa Coffee, one of Kyoto, Japan’s most famous and historic specialty coffee roasters (founded in 1952).

• The Coffee: The "Selection" is Ogawa’s classic flagship house blend. It is typically a medium-dark roast crafted to be exceptionally well-balanced. You can expect a rich, bittersweet flavor profile with notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and a subtle caramel sweetness, with very low acidity. It is designed to be smooth and approachable for daily drinking.

• The Brewing Method: Each bag is a "drip bag" (hanging ear filter). You tear off the top, pull the paper "wings" apart to rest them securely over the rim of your mug, and slowly pour hot water directly over the grounds. It functions like a miniature pour-over, producing a clean, sediment-free cup.
