Description
This organic instant miso soup is made with organic rice miso from organic soybeans and rice, combined with plant-based dashi from kombu and shiitake. It delivers a rich, aromatic flavour with deep umami. The soup includes organic tofu, spinach, and spring onion, offering a satisfying texture and natural taste. Suitable as a side dish for meals or a light snack.
Add the contents to a bowl, pour in 160 mL of hot water, and stir well before serving.
