Made from Hokkaido Alaska pollock, this fish cake is hand-torn into convenient bite-sized pieces and carefully packed for easy enjoyment. Its simple seasoning highlights the natural sweetness and clean flavour of the fish, offering a soft yet pleasantly springy texture. The rustic “chigiri” style gives each piece a homely, handmade character.
Enjoy it warmed on its own, or add to soups, noodle dishes, oden, simmered dishes, or hot pot. A comforting taste of Hakodate, Hokkaido, brought straight to your table.
Heating instructions
Without opening the package, place it in boiling water and heat for approximately 3 minutes.
Alternatively, make a small slit in the pouch and heat in a microwave at 500W for about 1 minute.
