Description
This kinako soybean flour is made from carefully roasted whole soybeans grown in Japan. The roasting process brings out a rich, nutty aroma and a naturally sweet flavour characteristic of kinako.
The powder is very finely ground, allowing it to dissolve and blend smoothly into yogurt or milk. It can also be used as a topping for desserts, rice cakes, or other sweets.
