This is 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, produced according to traditional processes, through the cold pressing of Italian olives. It is characterized by the aromas of olive, has a slightly pungent and astringent balanced character, with soft notes of fruit and dried fruit. It is ideal with mixed green salads and fresh vegetables.
