This garlic miso BBQ sauce can be used in many ways — marinate your favourite meat lightly before grilling, or simply pour it over freshly cooked meat for a rich, savoury finish.
It also makes an excellent sauce for tamago kake gohan (rice topped with raw egg) — drizzle it over rice and egg for an irresistibly delicious combination that enhances both the meat and the rice.
