Beginning in 1897 at the edge of the River Fiddich, Scotland, The Singleton still produces a delicate, light, perfectly balanced spirit with a green apple profile, which is a uniquely versatile single malt with an equally rich history. This 18 year old single malt scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of American oak casks with a small portion of European oak casks to balance the liquid. The result is smooth, sublime and full of character notes of sweet, stewed fruits, sumptuous berries, dark toffee and silky honey, medium to full bodied, and a soft, dry and rounded finish.
