This Japanese barbecue sauce offers a rich, fruity flavour profile designed to appeal to a wide range of tastes. Nearly 46% of the sauce is made from fruits and vegetables, creating a natural sweetness and a smooth, thick texture.
To deepen the flavour, a touch of barley miso is blended into the sauce, adding a mellow savoury richness. It works well as both a marinade and dipping sauce for grilled meats, and can also be used to season rice bowls, stir-fried dishes, and other everyday meals.
