This ponzu soy sauce is made with yuzu juice, soy sauce, and a blend of bonito and kelp dashi. The natural aroma, acidity, and slight bitterness of yuzu are carefully balanced with savoury umami, creating a well-rounded flavour. Suitable as a dipping sauce for hot pot, or as a seasoning for grilled dishes, salads, and tofu.
