By omitting animal-based ingredients, it offers a clean, light, and refreshing profile that enhances the natural flavors of any dish. It is incredibly versatile—perfect for traditional somen noodles and simmered stews, but also excellent as a secret ingredient in pasta, teriyaki chicken, or rice bowls.
