Wagyu with Matsutake Miso Souce (4 portions)
Ingredients (for 4)
- Wagyu 320g
- Matsutake 4pc
- Butter 1tbsp
- Miso 2tbsp
- Garlic puree ½tbsp
- Mirin ½ tbsp
- Water 250ml
- Salt
Steps
- Preheating oven to 180 degrees, and bake matsutake for about 8 minutes or till golden brown.
- Slightly marinate wagyu with salt and black pepper.
- Fried wagyu till golden.
- Heat the butter, add garlic, mirin and water, mix well.
- Add salt and cook until slightly thickened. Put the sauce on wagyu and done.
