Ossetra caviar is one of the most prized types of caviar, obtained from the Ossetra sturgeon which can live up to 50 years. Having a nutty, creamy walnut taste, and a pleasing burst of ocean flavours, these silky texture eggs are best to serve alone, with a mother of pearl spoon and paired with a glass of Champagne.
