Roma Tomato has an elongated egg-like shape, is high in nutrients and as a powerful antioxidant which may prevent and repair cell damage, a very healthy ingredient. As it has lower moisture content compared to other varieties, is ideal for cooking down into thick tomato sauces, pastes and soups.
