• Shelf Life: 3 Days
• Serving: Rest in room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving. No more than 30 minutes for the best taste.
• Handmade with NO preservatives or additives.
• Cheesecakes need to be cooled overnight as part of the process thus it is natural for the cake to shrink slightly after.
