Sake Fair 2025 - Mini Block Master Challenge

1. All participants must complete all the Game requirements within the game period. Regarding to the responses received and times of receipt, the time displayed by Instagram’s system and the time of receipt on the server of the technical support company shall prevail. Participants shall raise no objection thereto. Late entries will not be accepted.
2. Each Instagram account can only take part in the game once and each winner will only be entitled to one prize only. If city’super receives multiple entries from the same person, only the first submission will be accepted.
3. city’super reserves the right to make final decisions on Game arrangement and choice of winners.
4. Winners will be notified by city’super via Instagram inbox on or before 18 (Wed) Jun 2025 with prize collection details. All prize winners must collect the prize at a designated place and time by presenting the prize notification message in person. If winners are unable to redeem the prize on the designated dates and place for whatever reason, the winner will be disqualified.
5. If the information provided by the participant is slanderous, abusive, profane, offensive, obscene, intimidating, harassing, of an advertising nature, political, illegal, invasive or in violation of any patent or third-party interest, dishonest or plagiarised, or submitted using an empty or fake account, city’super reserves the right to remove related information, disqualify the participant without prior notice and take legal action; the participant shall not have the right of appeal.
6. The submitted content does not infringe the copyright or any other rights of any third party, including but not limited to contractual rights, rights of invention and originality (including, without limitation, copyrights and other intellectual property rights), personal rights, rights of confidentiality, secrecy, privacy; trademark, patent, trade secret and other personal or patent rights; or violates any law or rule of any jurisdiction.
7. Submissions present views of the participants, not that of the city'super.
8. By entering the Game, the participant unrestrictedly, unconditionally and irrevocably consents and authorizes the city'super the right to use, copy, disseminate, upload, publish, edit the Works, photos, videos, content, information and participant’s name at any time in any format and in any media including the right to uploading and disseminating in public website such as city'super website, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, various publications and promotion materials. Participant agrees and abides by the terms of the photo and video and uploading websites. Participant must ensure and undertake that all participants in the Works agree that the city'super can use their image, name, content, and other information for promotion, and participant agrees to accept all media coverage.
9. All prizes are subject to terms and conditions; please refer to the shopping vouchers for details.
10. All personal information provided must be authentic and accurate. city’super reserves the right to disqualify any participant who appears to the organiser to have submitted inauthentic or inaccurate information or behaved in a fraudulent manner. If there is any dispute, city’super reserves the right to make the final decision.
11. city’super shall not be responsible or liable to the participant for any discrepancy, error or inaccuracy in registered information caused by or involved with equipment, programme or procedure failure due to internet or other technology problems, or human errors.
12. Upon any discovery or suspicion of fraud, or interference in the Game or operation of the internet, system security or rules violation, city’super has the right to disqualify any participant/winner without any notice. city’super shall have full and final decision over any of the matters.
13. city’super reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the Game at any time and select winners from the list of eligible participants who have entered the Game before the withdrawal or termination date.
14. Participation in the Game is voluntary. Participants will be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. city’super will be exempted from all legal liabilities and compensation caused by this activity or reward.
15. Personal data will be collected by city’super during this Game, for purposes including but not limited to communication with the participant result announcement and prize collection arrangements.
16. Employees and family members of employees of city’super are not eligible to participate in the Game, or else will be disqualified.
17. city’super reserves the right of final decision and may terminate the Game or change any Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
18. In case of any disputes, city’super reserves the right of final decision.
