Heidi Barrett’s touch yields polished oak integration and layered complexity. Assembled from Fantesca, Amuse Bouche, Au Sommet, La Sirena and Barrett & Barrett sites, the wine sees careful oak maturation to add spice and structure without smothering fruit.
