Purchased in 1986 by Henri Bourgeois, a highly prestigious tenth-generation family-own winery in Sancerre, the winery is one of the Top 100 Winery 2015 of Wine & Spirit Magazine. Their wine are requently featured on the wine lists of Michelin-starred restaurants and hotels, including the famous Imperial Palace Hotel. They have wines produced in both Loire, France and New Zealand, and are 100% organic certified.Old vines with low yields, Hand-picked, pneumatic Press, Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vat (70%) and in oak barrels (30%) with control of the temperatures, nomalolactic fermentation, ageing on fine lees for 9 months, ageing in bottles for at least 6 months before releasing the wine. Resulting in a creamy, rounded structure.

Grown on one of the region's three main soil types, ""Silex,"" imparts a smoky and mineral character to the wine.A good aromatic smoothness, « La Vigne de Beaussoppet » astonishes by its amplitude, its personality and its perfect balance. Characterized by its
bouquet of white flowers.
