Domaine Fabien Coche is a distinguished family-run estate nestled in Burgundy’s renowned Côte de Beaune. With 12 hectares of meticulously tended vineyards spanning prestigious appellations such as Meursault, Pommard, Auxey-Duresses, Monthélie, Saint-Romain, Saint-Aubin, and Puligny-Montrachet, the estate benefits from a rich tapestry of limestone, clay, and marl soils.

 A significant portion—60%—of their vines are over 60 years old, contributing to the profound depth and character of their wines.The red wine is fermented whole casks, using a dripping method instead of treading, similarly aiming to create a lighter and more palatable character.
