    Chilean Abalone 8" Head (4pcs), Dried Scallop (4pcs), Deep Fried Prawn (4pcs), Braised Pork Belly (4pcs), Roasted Duck, Steamed Rose Chicken, Pork Trotter, Turnip Wedge, Dried Beancurd Sticks, Lotus Root, Dried Black Mushroom, Broccoli, Duck Feet, Pig Skin, Carp Fish Ball, Taro Wedge, Dried Oyster and Poon Choi Oyster Sauce
     
  • Disposable bowl and chopsticks (4 sets)
  • Served in stainless steel Pun Choi bowl which can be used in direct-fired heater and induction cooker for reheat
     

Suggestions of consuming Poon Choi and reheat method:

  • Consume the Poon Choi as soon as possible after received. Do not keep it under room temperature for more than two hours.
  • Remove aluminium foil and cling film, add Poon Choi sauce, then cover the Poon Choi by aluminium foil again.
  • Put the Poon Choi on a direct-fire heater to small firepower or an induction cooker to medium firepower.
  • When the Poon Choi is boiling, please heat for five more minutes then turn off the cooker. If you use the induction cooker, please be reminded to reduce the firepower to low level.
  • After all ingredients are heated thoroughly, consume the Poon Choi immediately.
