The name "JS-150" refers to Jurassic Superior 150 million years, paying homage to the Kimmeridgian marl soils formed during that era, which give the wine its distinct depth and longevity.A rich and layered wine with an aromatic profile of citrus, pear, and white flowers, accented by the classic Pouilly-Fumé "flinty" minerality. The partial oak aging adds a subtle creaminess and structure without overpowering the fresh fruit. It is vibrant yet serious, with a long, saline finish.
