Simply soak and it's ready to use. Recommended usage: Add 5 g of instant gelatin powder to 200cc of warm water at approximately 50-60 degrees, gently stir until dissolved. It is especially suitable for making chilled desserts such as jelly, pudding and panna cotta, etc.
