OKUTAMBA Organic Sake - Sun (奥丹波自然酒 · 陽酒) is an organic Junmai Ginjo sake from Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, brewed by Yamana Shuzo, a brewery with over 300 years of history.

"Sun" is part of Yamana Shuzo's renowned "Shizenshu" (Natural Sake) series.

• Organic JAS Certification : This series is made exclusively from rice grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. In June 2024, it obtained Japan's Organic JAS certification – a distinction held by very few breweries in Japan.

• Terroir Expression : The series is designed to highlight the unique characteristics of different growing regions and individual rice farmers by brewing each batch separately.

• Aroma : Features fresh, fruity notes of green apple, grapefruit, and white peach.
