Still, white-pressed pinot noir with notes of fresh, in-season citrus, white flower, white peach, a hint of tart cranberry. Delicate but lively, elegant, zesty & bright.

 This wine is made from mostly pinot noir with small amounts of Viognier and GewurztramineGrapes are gently whole-cluster pressed to limit color extraction, fermented in cool temperatures to preserve aromatics and kept on fine lees for a short period to build mid-palate texture. Minimal new oak preserves freshness while a touch of lees aging adds creaminess. Sourced from selected cooler California vineyard sites with well-drained soils and maritime influence, the fruit is picked early to retain bright acidity and delicate aromatics.
