Product Features
  • Flavour: Flying fish dashi and soy sauce base
  • Features: Oden soup made from a combination of baked sardine soup stock with the flavour of sardine fish sauce, chicken stock, and dried bonito flakes. Easy to make oden without pre-boiling the Daikon radish.
  • Recommended ingredients: Daikon radish, egg, konnyaku, thickly fried tofu, Chikuwa fish roll, beef tendon skewers.
  • Recommended finishing dish: Udon noodles.
  • How to use: Shake the product well, put it in a pan, add daikon radish with the skin cut into thick slices, cover, and simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Then add the eggs, konnyaku, and beef tendon skewers and mix for 30 minutes. Finally, add thick tofu and Chikuwa fish roll and cook for 5 minutes.

Store in cool dry place; shake before opening
