The rich, aromatic broth is designed to season your ingredients perfectly as you cook, eliminating the need for a separate dipping sauce. Preparation:

1. Pour the concentrated base and 400ml of water into a pot and heat. Once small bubbles appear around the edges of the pot, reduce to low heat.

2. Swish your choice of meat (beef or pork) and vegetables through the hot broth (shabu-shabu style) and enjoy immediately.

Store in cool dry place; shake before opening
