To make the finest Shanghainese dumpling, one must start with the finest soy sauce. Without regards of the cost, Dashijie has chosen to use the locally produced first-pressed soy sauce to sauté the glutinous rice. Adding premium large size dried-scallop and Chinese ham making it extra tantalising.
