Crafted with premium ingredients, this luxurious dumpling features succulent Japanese Hokkaido dried scallops and meticulously handpicked jumbo dried prawns, prized for their natural sweetness and umami depth.

The dried shrimp used is a pristine, export-grade variety favoured in Japan, while the sakura shrimp is delicately flash-fried to intensify its aromatic profile.

A standout feature is the use of river shrimp roe, expertly sautéed with garlic to create an irresistibly fragrant layer of flavour. Naturally, no indulgent dumpling would be complete without salted egg yolk—and here, only the finest, carefully curated yolks make the cut.
