Anya Hindmarch has always been passionate about sustainability and solving issues around plastic bag use. The brand’s Universal Bag project aims to provide an innovative new shopping bag solution by creating a stylish, reusable bag that tackles a range of sustainability challenges, in unique collaboration with supermarkets from 2021. This July in Hong Kong, we are launching the Anya Hindmarch x city’super exclusive edition of the Universal Bag, offering urbanites a new generation of shopping bag that is aesthetically pleasing, durable, reusable, practical and 100% recyclable.
設計巧思
As a pioneering partner in this project, city’super is honoured to be collaborating with Anya Hindmarch in the launch of this exclusive edition of the Universal Bag, an effort to reduce single-use plastic and encourage people to be more environmentally conscious with their everyday shopping. The Universal Bag is available from 15 July 2022 at city’super Times Square, Harbour City, ifc mall and New Town Plaza stores.
印有笑臉標誌的Universal Bag設計精美，讓人立即就想要帶著它去購物；耐磨使用，更備有「10年保質保證」，激發您重複使用的心態與習慣。環保袋本身由100%再生材料製成，並配有創新的內置回收袋 – 只要按照袋上說明，把環保袋反摺入內袋，即可化身成預先編址的免費郵遞信封，放進郵箱投遞即可安排於本地進行100%回收再造。

Universal Bag是100%可回收再造的，內置創新、方便的免費郵遞回收袋，只需將購物袋反摺入內置口袋中，口袋就會化身成預先編址的信封，避免污染；郵寄送出，經Solent Group，並確保The Universal Bag可完整送抵回收中心，完成100%回收再造。
如發現品質問題，可以退換嗎？Universal Bag是傳統購物袋的升級改造版，經過特別測試和設計，經久耐用。正常使用情況下，壽命可保證持續10年。如果發現Universal Bag出現品質問題，請於購買日起7天內將Universal Bag帶回購買店鋪申請退換。如需使用「10年品質保證」，您可按照袋上說明條件，把袋反摺入內袋以便使用免費郵遞信封退回，並附上您的姓名、電話和退貨地址，以便專業團隊為您補發替換品。
條款及細則
- 如果購買後發現品質問題，請於購買日起7天內將The Universal Bag帶回購買店鋪申請退換；如已售罄，將全額退款。
- 「10年品質保證」只適用於長期使用後有品質問題的產品，不包括因不正確使用所導致的問題，如放入尖銳利器或乘載過重物品等。
- 「10年品質保證」的退換服務及產品的回收服務由Solent Group提供及處理，有關服務如有任何爭議，將以Solent Group之決定為準。
- 有權隨時修改此獎賞卡之使用條款而不作另行通知。如有爭議，最終以City Super Limited之決定為準。
